What are Robot Tourneys ?
In robot duplicate tourneys at every table there are 3 robots and one player; these tournaments are very technical tournaments because:
- Each player has partner and opponents of same level
- When the robot "player's partner" is the declare the player becomes the declarer ("Human declar"); at every table "human" has always "the best hand"
BBO Robots are also known as GIB. They are widely considered to be one of the best bridge programs ever created, and are around the standard of an advanced player on BBO. They play only 2/1 system. All their bids are explained, and mousing over a bid you want to make will show you what robot believes the bid means.
